The first number says how far across; the second says how far up. Plot and label the five points, then write the coordinates of P, Q and R.

P (3, 7), Q (8, 2), R (6, 5). E is on the x-axis, because it is 0 up; D is on the other axis, 0 across. Swapping the numbers — plotting (2, 3) at 3 across and 2 up — is the mistake to watch for.
