For the grown-up

A FITT week

Canada's 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for children and youth: at least 60 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous activity, with vigorous activity and muscle- and bone-strengthening activity each on at least 3 days a week. “Talk, not sing” is moderate; “a few words” is vigorous. A good change adjusts one part of FITT at a time, by a little.
