Powers and primes

2⁴ = 16, 3³ = 27, 5² = 25, 10⁴ = 10 000, 4³ = 64, 1⁹ = 1. 6³, 2⁶, 10². Primes: 2, 13, 29, 61; 9 = 3 × 3, 21 = 3 × 7, 51 = 3 × 17, 57 = 3 × 19. 36 = 2² × 3²; 60 = 2² × 3 × 5; 84 = 2² × 3 × 7; 90 = 2 × 3² × 5.

51 and 57 look prime and are not — both divide by 3, because their digits add to a multiple of 3. And 1⁹ is 1: multiplying 1 by itself never gets anywhere.
